Fineview to Spring Hill to Troy Hill

On the North Side slopes, just behind the Heinz plant (now condo lofts), are the spurs of three steep hills: Fineview, Spring Hill, and Troy Hill. All three can be ascended in sucession following several public steps and a pedestrian highway overpass.
